Maxomorra Organic Kids Clothing: Spring Drop B
Hello everyone!
I’m Liz, @mummyyof2boys on Instagram, and as the name goes, I am a mummy of two delightful boys and a buddy at Babipur! They go by the names Mr5 and Mr2, mainly so I can keep track of their ages at the time of posting.
We were kindly sent some clothing from Maxomorra’s Spring B Collection and I honestly can’t believe we are already in Spring 2022! We haven’t had the best spring weather but these bright and bold colours of this collection definitely has us dreaming of the sunny days that are to come.
NEW: Maxomorra Recycled Polyester Kids Swimwear!
Maxomorra’s signature kids Scandi clothing prints have taken the ethical fashion world by storm. There is something for everyone and if you like sustainable family matchy-matchy outfits, this is 100% your go-to brand! I am most excited about their expanded clothing range this year, which includes underwear for adults and swimwear for children. I have tried their women’s briefs and find them really comfortable! With 95% GOTS certified organic cotton 5% elastane, what’s not to love?
Maxomorra Watermelon Print
The watermelon print reminds me of when I was heavily pregnant in the summer with my eldest son and was craving for watermelons non-stop! I was buying 10kg watermelons back then which doesn’t come close to the heaviest watermelon ever seen which is a whopping 159kg! I know this thanks to the little FYI cards that come with every Maxomorra item. My 5yo finds these facts fascinating and is mind-blown that there has been a watermelon heavier than little bro and him combined!
Maxomorra Dodo Print
The little cards also help in educating us and our children about the impact of our actions on this planet. The card on the dodo print has the word “extinct” and while explaining to my 5yo what the word meant, I also told him about animals that are endangered of extinction and one of the reasons is due to damage to their environment, that’s why we purchase clothing from brands like Maxomorra!
Maxomorra Kids Reversible Cardigans
Another Maxomorra clothing item that we were most excited to see is the double-layered single jersey, reversible hooded cardigan! It is perfect for the cooler summer nights and for layering in the colder months. This new style of hooded cardigan has bold, colourful, repeat prints on one side and a solid colour on the other. My boys find it super fun to be able to choose which side to pair with the rest of their outfit!
We are very thankful to be sent these clothing items and will be rocking them for as long as they will fit! We look forward to see what everyone goes for and which print from this collection is the most popular!
