Babipur STEMspiration – Maze
This fortnight we asked you to build us a maze. The best maze wins! You can find the original challenge post >here< There have already been some truly a-maze-ing entries and it’s been fantastic to see so many creative posts.
This challenge is a great one for simple building blocks, we’ve used the Grimm’s Leonard’s bridge sticks and Glukskafer 60 Tower Building slats to make a giant floor maze.
Our children have added their own twist to it and scattered the Grapat baby Nins around in the bowls for an Adult Nin to collect along the way through the maze.
This maze was completed by all our children and then rebuilt over and over to make it more challenging. It was lots of fun watching siblings play together. The “best maze” challenge aspect added an element of competition, which kept them entertained for a good hour or so!
We really loved seeing Gemma’s wobbly maze using the same building slats affixed to the wobbel360. A great idea for an invitation to play set up combined with the Grimms or Grapat balls!
