Refugee Week 14 – 20th June 2021

Refugee Week is a UK-wide festival celebrating the contributions, creativity and resilience of refugees and people seeking sanctuary across the world! This year the theme is “We cannot walk alone”, an invitation to extend your hand to someone new. Someone who has had an experience you haven’t, or is fighting for a cause you aren’t yet involved in. Together we can highlight the good of people in the world, supporting amazing causes and protecting people in need.

This Refugee Week we are collaborating with Choose Love to bring back our exclusively designed Charity Love Tape! With all proceeds going to the charity, it will help support the fantastic work they do across the world.

Choose Love work to a simple model. They go where the need is greatest, find the local organisations doing the most effective work, and give them what they need to help people – whether that’s funding, material aid or volunteers.

They are pioneering a new movement in charity that provides emergency aid and long term solutions. Sometimes that means Search & Rescue boats. Sometimes it means providing food or safe, secure long-term housing. Since 2015, they’ve supported over 120 incredible projects and reached over one million people!
